In my opinion it is... Be Extraordinary In Living Life - Age Gracefully and Graciously - Do Not Get Old, Think Old, or Behave Old - Remain Forever Youthful In Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Remaining Youthful In Appearance

Do you know how to remain youthful in appearance? Why do so many people look old before their time? Here is a very short but concise reason why. It's something worth pondering on.

 

It is claimed that Methuselah lived for almost a thousand years. If not possessing such know-how on longevity... it would be helpful pondering on the following simple message which will greatly contribute to keeping a youthful appearance and a healthy vitality - while observing other people looking prematurely older.  

Remaining young in appearance is about staying healthy and youthful in our thinking - and by all means eliminating the word old completely from our vocabulary. Keep saying stuff like: "I am (whatever age) years old" - and that little guy inside us, listening to all we say and think - responds with, "Okay, I love you and if that is desired I will make it happen. I will make our body become and look old".

It is better to say, "I am (whatever age)" or, "I'll be (whatever age) next month... an acknowledgement of longevity, but not to the notion of being or becoming old.

The little guy inside us is very powerful and controls all functions of our body. Its name is subconscious mind; and whatever we want is unconditionally provided.

Mr. Old-Man-Old never knew how his subconscious mind made him old, and that's why he pooped out of life while sitting on his porch thinking about how old he was and spitting at the cars going by.
